Eligibility
Must be a registered NALA(STEM) member - join here
Excitement for Mentorship
Minimum 1-2 hours per month (flexible)
Willingness to give back to current undergraduate students
Participate in a 20 minute online training
Match & Meet
Be matched based on the student's goals and interests
Participate in annual alignment meeting for mentors
Maintain a reasonable availability to mentees on an as-needed basis to assist with questions, needs, or concerns
Schedule at least 5-6 face-to-face virtual meetings per academic year (most mentors and mentees meet for at least 30 minutes each time)
Attend professional development sessions
